NYCSA Golf Outing on October 6th

The NYC Surety Association’s annual golf outing will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2011.  We will be returning to the Middle Bay Country Club on 3600 Skillman Road, Oceanside, NY 11572.  Our past golf outings have been huge successes, and this year will be no different.  Once again, we’ve been granted access to Middle Bay’s exclusive, fully private golf course, featuring a 1st class, waterfront clubhouse complete with valet parking, bag greeters, and locker room accommodations.  Here is the schedule for a day not to be missed:

10:30am  Registration (locker rooms open, range and putting greens available)

11:00am   Brunch in Atrium Room / Raffle prize gallery open for viewing

1:00pm     Shotgun golf tournament (Lunch provided at Half Way House)

6:00pm     Cocktail reception in Atrium Room will full open bar

7:00pm     Dinner buffet in Main Dining Room with full open bar

7:45pm      Raffle Bonanza

Golf & Dinner:      Members = $250 per person

                                Non-Members = $325 per person

Dinner Only:         Members = $100 per person

                                Non-Members = $135 per person

Please return registration form with your check, payable to the New York City Surety Association, as soon as possible, but no later than Thursday, September 15th.

We have many sponsorship opportunities available.  Sponsors for each hole, Dinner, Brunch, Halfway House, Cocktail Reception, Driving Range, Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and Beat the Pro.  We have started to receive sponsors so reserve yours quickly.

We are also seeking raffle prize donations such as the Grand Prize, sporting event tickets, gift baskets, gift certificates, etc.  Another opportunity is to provide something for each goody bag such as golf balls, golf tees, golf towels, etc.

This is a great opportunity to advertise your company as you will get many mentions for your generous support of the NYCSA.

This is a “rain or shine” event unless cancelled by MBCC due to particularly inclement weather.  In the unlikely event the outing is cancelled and we are not able to reschedule for another date in 2011, each player will be issued a voucher for a round of golf.

We must receive your payment by September 15th.   We cannot accept any payments at the door due to reservation commitments with Middle Bay Country Club.   This event is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Warmest Regards,

Scott Bourdon, NYCSA President ‘11
